Shipping Instructions
Alex Audio & Video Service, Inc. has been accepting units shipped to us (Within the United States only)
via UPS, and Federal Express since 1987. If your unit is under factory warranty, or covered by a third
party extended contract, please provide us a copy of the sales receipt and or service contract. Check the
service page, to ensure we can honor your warranty.
Follow these suggestions in order to safely send us your unit. Cover the unit with a plastic bag and seal
if possible. This will stop the packing material from entering the unit. Make sure the unit is well packed
with lots of padding on all six sides or shipping peanuts as well.
Include a list of the description of the units malfunction. Our diagnostic fee is required on all units
received for service, this fee will be applied to the repair of the unit. If the estimated cost of the
repair is declined, your unit will be returned at the cost of the shipping cost.

and average total repair cost. Our goal is not to mislead our customers, but to give you the best service
an quality possible!
Products repaired by Alex Audio & Video Service, Inc. are guaranteed for a period of 90 days. This guarantee
covers all labor and parts that were replaced by us. We even cover additional problems that were not part
of the original repair! The only exceptions are abuse, picture tube's that were not replaced as a part of
the repair, shipping cost. Normal turnaround time is 5-7 working days. (Not to include shipping time or weekends.)
